Optimize Recovery:
Optimum recovery at the edger depends on scanning the edge shape along the complete board length to correctly place the saw lines for the wane allowance. Any variance or inconsistency with the saw lines may result in a lost board. The full synchronization of B800 sensors with an encoder improves board edge accuracy that is vital to achieve optimum recovery.
Outstanding Ambient Light Performance:
A 600% improvement in ambient light allowance provides better
performance in varying mill lighting conditions.
