Overview
Binocular Triangulation, Fast Scan Rates, and High Resolution
EyeCon 2000 laser line sensors measure 3D profiles at very high profile rates of 2 or 4 kHz. These sensors feature binocular triangulation, ensuring complete data coverage even at steps on the surface. This complete OEM system solution offers improved uniformity, simple integration, fast profile rate, and high resolution to ensure best possible data quality.
Applications
Tire Geometry Mearsurement Specialist
Our EyeCon 2000 sensors are ideal for measuring distance, surface topography and profiles for 3D modeling in tire geometry applications for finished tire inspection. A selection of models is available for both sidewall and tread inspection, in several configurations to easily fit into inspection stations. Typical applications include run-out calculations and detection of tiny bulges or depressions anywhere they occur on the sidewall. High frame rates ensure full surface coverage on finished tires rotating at 60 rpm in the inspection station.
Laser line operation provides full surface coverage. Binocular triangulation ensures full surface data is acquired without drop outs, even adjacent to surface steps such as at raised lettering and bar codes.
