Extremely High Resolution and Easy Integration

EyeCon 1000 sensors are laser line based 3D measurement sensors providing extremely high resolution cross sectional profiles. These sensors are specifically designed for profiling applications on dark surfaces, such as black rubber. Easily integrated with a large field of view and high resolution, EyeCon 1000 sensors are calibrated to one common coordinate system to support any number of sensors and measure any shape of extrusion.

Applications

Extrusion Inspection Specialist

Our EyeCon 1000 sensors are designed for in-process control applications in the tire material preparation area. These sensors measure the thickness, profile and position of tread extrusions, providing rapid detection of process variations, mounted in-line, just downstream from the extruder.

The EyeCon 1000 is a large field of view and high resolution sensor. For wide product inspection, multiple sensors can be mounted end to end and calibrated to one common coordinate system to support any number of sensors, measuring any shape of extrusion, while maintaining the full sensor accuracy.
