Every Gocator comes with a built-in web server to deliver an elevated user experience - no additional software required.

Go from the simplified connection, to configuration, to measurement within minutes! Almost immediately you will be able to measure 3D features like width, thickness, and angle in order to precisely monitor your production.

Features

Web Enabled:

Experience the exhilaration of being able to connect to Gocator from any standard browser and operate it right out of the box with a 100 Mbaud Ethernet connection. No special drivers or interfaces are required.

Standalone:

No additional control boxes, amplifiers, external controllers, PCs, or extra cabling required.

Flexible Configuration:

Define the FOV, MR, exposure, and trigger rate. Triggering can be configured to be time-based, encoder-based, external hardware trigger or software control.

Full 3D Inspection:

Performs cross-section measurements defined by the operator. Measure key metrics such as width, thickness (range), edge detection, surface angle and many more through an easy to use and intuitive GUI interface.

Flexible Rich Input / Output:

Trigger Input, 2 x Digital Outputs, RS-485, Analog (4-20 mA) output and Laser Safety Enabled. Industry standard 18- 50 VDC power supply.
